John Lloyd Cruz rushed to hospital
Kapamilya actor John Lloyd Cruz figured in an accident on Thursday, February 20, while doing a shoot for ABS-CBN's station ID in Mount Pinatubo.
According to ABS-CBNnews.com, John Lloyd was riding a bike and fell on the ground face first. He was rushed to a nearby hospital for "immediate medical treatment." He reportedly had four stitches for a wound under his nostril.

In a statement sent to Yahoo! Philippines, Star Magic assured everyone that John Lloyd is "in fine and in good condition." The network's talent arm also clarified that the actor’s girlfriend Angelica Panganiban was at the shoot, but was not part of the accident.
Star Magic’s statement reads:
"John Lloyd Cruz had a minor bike accident during a shoot and he has undergone immediate medical treatment. He is fine and in good condition. Angelica Panganiban was present at the shoot but was not part of the scene and not involved in the accident."
Star Magic is also thankful for everyone's concern. Netizens were abuzz over the reported accident and are praying for John Lloyd's recovery.
