Jolina gives birth to Pele Inigo
Singer-actress Jolina Magdangal gave birth by caesarean section to a boy she and husband, Rivermaya drummer Mark Escueta have decided to name Pele Inigo at 2:51 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18 at the Asian Hospital.
Her long-time manager, Perry Lansigan, relayed the good news to Yahoo Philippines Celebrity via a text message that also said the baby weighs 6.9 pounds at birth and that her attending physician, Dr. Madeline Florendo, decided on an operation because Jolina’s amniotic fluid was already running low.

“Tuwang tuwa yung doctors and nurses kasi ang puti daw ni Pele,” Perry added.
In a separate interview two months before she gave birth, Jolina said she welcomes the idea of running after her active baby boy and attending to his needs herself.
The first-time mom added that she plans to breastfeed.
“The yaya will only be there to assist me.”
Jolina and Mark got married in November 21, 2011.
