Vicki Belo wary of meeting Bong Revilla in Holy Land

Dra. Vicki Belo: Everything happens for a reason/NPPA Images

Almost five years after Sen. Bong Revilla asked the  Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) to revoke Hayden Kho's medical license because of his controversial sex video with Katrina Halili,  Dra. Vicki Belo still feels hurt for ex.

“Sige nga, mag-aral ka nga ng 13 years, kung ganon kadali. Gumatos ang parents mo. Sobrang sakit sa akin. Hindi naman matter of national importance. Napahiya siya sa national media,” she said at the book signing of “Your Dream Body Come True” by Edward Mendez of Sexy Solutions.

Vicki admits she wanted to back out when she learned that the senator and his wife, Cavite Representative Lani Mercado are also joining a trip to the Holy Land this month.  Hayden, Vicki’s masseuse and hairdresser are also joining the trip.

Shocked

“I was shocked nong nalaman kong kasama ang family (ni Bong). It’s gonna be hard. It’s a test from the Lord. I prayed about it.”

The celebrity doctor told herself everything happens for a reason. And since she wants to listen to her pastor’s words, and to feel Jesus Christ's presence, Vicki decided to push through with the trip.

“I will learn a lot (from the trip).”

The popular dermatologist may be all out in defending Hayden, but she insists they’re not back in each other’s arms.

Separate rooms

“We’re friends.  We’ll stay in separate rooms.”

Hayden, she adds, is a changed man.  He hasn’t turned into a preacher, but she can see that Hayden has become more spiritual.

“Hindi siya talk ng talk. Lagi ko siyang nakikitang nagbabasa (ng Bible). Doon ako na-impress.”

Coming from someone who saw Hayden at the lowest point in his life, the change must indeed be  dramatic.
