24 Oras is GMA Network’s nightly national news broadcast. The program is hosted by senior news anchors Mike Enriquez and Mel Tiangco, celebrity anchor Pia Guanio, and weather anchor Nathaniel Cruz. The newscast airs every 6:15 in the evening, and is simulcast on Super Radyo DZBB.
 
Since its inception, 24 Oras has earned local and international recognition for its broadcasts and special coverage, receiving awards from the National Academy of Television Arts & Science, George Foster Peabody Awards, U.S. International Film and Video Festival, and New York Festivals, among others.

State of the Nation with Jessica Soho is GMA News TV’s nightly news program hosted by veteran news anchor Jessica Soho. State of the Nation seeks to deliver a more comprehensive report of the news, and experts are also invited to give an in-depth analysis of the issues during the broadcast. The program airs weeknights at 9 p.m.
 
With the highly-acclaimed Jessica Soho taking lead, State of the Nation has received several awards from local and international award-giving bodies, most notably, a Silver Screen Award from The US International Film and Video Festival, and a famed George Foster Peabody Award.

TV Patrol is ABS-CBN’s nightly news broadcast, and the longest-running newscast in Philippine television. Currently hosted by senior news anchors Noli de Castro, Korina Sanchez, and Ted Failon, the program is simulcast on radio through DZMM and DZMM Teleradyo, and airs every 6:30 p.m.
 
Throughout its many years of broadcast, TV Patrol has earned numerous awards from various local and international award-giving bodies, including awards from the Asian TV Awards, the New York Festivals, and the International Emmy Awards.
