    When news of his ex-wife Kris Aquino's filing of temporary protection order made headlines, James was shocked - surprised with the turn of events.

Philippines OMG! at the Kapunan, Garcia & Castillo law offices at The Fort, Bonifacio Global City Taguig on Wednesday, March 20.

    His newfound mission is to fight for his right as a father to Bimby and to break his son's misconceptions about him - a feat, James admits is very difficult to achieve.

  • Derek Ramsay strikes again with 'Kidlat'

    Pinoys do not have to look far to discover a treasure-trove of superheroes. The Filipino Komiks era may have long gone but the Pinoy superhero lives on, this time in several movies and TV shows that depict the good vs evil theme. Think "Si Agimat, Si Enteng Kabisote at si Ako", GMA-7's past shows "Darna", "Capt. Barbell", ABS-CBN's "Super Inggo" and "Lastikman" among others.

    And 2013 is no exception. TV5 recently launched its first superhero drama series "Kidlat" starring one of the country's most sought-after actors, Derek Ramsay.

    From hosting the Kapatid network's coverage of the Olympics to the Philippine adaptation of the "Amazing Race," Derek returns to acting as Voltaire, a mechanic who transforms himself into the crime-fighting superhero Kidlat. "This is the coolest thing I've ever done" said the actor, who admitted shooting the new series required so much time and effort.

  • Manny Pacquiao: A Hero's Welcome

    GMA network, headed by its Chairman Atty. Felipe Gozon pays tribute to one of its Kapuso talents, "People's Champ" Manny Pacquiao.

    A star-studded concert party featuring Kapuso stars like Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, Rachelle Ann Go, Julie Anne San Jose and many more will perform at the Mall of Asia Arena on Wednesday, December 12, to honor and celebrate the Sarangani congressman's birthday.

    The network's special hero's welcome will be aired at 4pm today on GMA-7.
