Hallyu superstar Big Bang graced the Philippines recently for the Manila stop of their BigBang Alive Galaxy Tour 2012. VIPs, the name of Big Bang fans, flocked to the Mall of Asia Arena on Oct. 24 to witness the K-Pop concert of the year as G-Dragon, Taeyang, T.O.P., Daesung and Seungri performed for thousands of VIPs.

Recently, I shared Part 1 of my Top 10 Big Bang Manila concert moments. Here's the second half of my list.

5. Taeyang: The Dancing Dynamo. The dancing prowess of Taeyang is legendary among Big Bang fans. Witnessing his energy and dynamism up close is a completely different experience. From start to finish, Taeyang amazed fans as he swayed, swagged, popped and tumbled (twice!) for all his VIPs to behold. His solo performances which included "Look Only at Me" and "Wedding Dress" made Taeyang's amazing talents shine even more.

Check out this video of Taeyang dancing and popping during the concert.

4. T.O.P. loosens up. T.O.P. is known for his cool yet reserved demeanor. During the first hour of the concert, T.O.P. was his usual self, performing to the utmost but still a bit shy in the "talk" department. All this changed during the closing quarter of the concert when T.O.P. took a pink mouse ear hairband from a fan and promptly wore it. Somehow, that hairband loosened him up and paved the way for awesome T.O.P. moments including a crazy unrestrained dance explosion at the center of the stage. I guess T.O.P. had an adrenaline rush. Since an unrestrained T.O.P. is rare, the other members of Big Bang encouraged him by chanting, "Go T.O.P! Go T.O.P.! Go T.O.P.!"

Check out this video of T.O.P. sporting the pink mouse ears.

3. T.O.P. teases before throwing his towel. Ever the Bad Boy, T.O.P. made me (and several other girls in our section) beg for his sweaty hand towel. Before the "Bad Boy" performance, T.O.P. took a hand towel and wiped himself ever so slowly while looking intently at our section. T.O.P. was obviously teasing the VIPs who wanted to take that towel home as a souvenir. After lingering for about a minute, he finally decided to end our agony and gently threw his towel. The girls scrambled for it and fell all over the place, I swear! As for me, I didn't join the fray since I knew it was impossible for me to get the memento. I just resigned myself to the memory.

See this video of T.O.P. wiping himself with the towel. And hre's the moment when T.O.P. finally gave the towel away.

2. Extremely cool Segway and bike entrance. After singing their hits "Tonight," "Hands Up" and "Fantastic Baby," they wowed fans with an extremely cool entrance for "How Gee." It had G-Dragon and T.O.P. riding Segways and Taeyang zooming onstage on a motorbike. The "How Gee" performance really pumped up the already excited crowd.

Check out this video of G-Dragon rocking the Segway.

1. The VIP Treatment. The best thing about the concert is the way Big Bang made a real effort to connect with their fans. G-Dragon, Big Bang's leader, hoped fans would never forget the evening and noted that he saw and read the photos and signs the VIPs prepared. Throughout the concert, Big Bang expertly covered the whole stage, moving close to their fans, smiling and even talking to them. I am truly a blessed VIP since G-Dragon passed by my section to record the official Manila encore video. One of my most memorable fan moments was when a fan in front of me held up her sign and Daesung acknowledged it with a big smile and a wave before proceeding to dance his heart out.
