2NE1's CL to participate in MDBP Festival in America
2NE1's CL is participating in MDBP Festival.
On April 18th, a representative of YG Entertainment said, "2NE1's CL is going to participate in Mad Decent Block Party (MDBP) in America."
On April 17th, the committee of MDBP released the lineup of this year's MDBP, announcing CL's participation in the festival. Other than CL, the list includes Skrillex, Diplo, T-Pain, and Major Lazer.
MDBP is an annual festival held by Diplo Label, and it was first established in 2008. A great number of pop and dance musicians participate in the event every year, and this year's festival will commence on July 31st in Atlanta. The festival will be held around 19 different cities of North America, and approximately 10 thousand audiences will attend the festival.
CL is going to hold performances in Brooklyn, New York (August 9th), Berkley, California (September 11th), and Los Angeles California (September 19th).
Meanwhile, CL recently signed a management contract with producer Scooter Braun's SB PROJECTS label for her official US debut.
