Angelica thinks so.
“Feeling ko,” she told Vice Ganda during her guesting in “Gandang Gabi Vice” on Sunday, February 8.
It will be recalled that Angelica and John Lloyd became a couple months after his split with Shaina.
Angelica, for her part, shared that she and her best friend John Prats, also Shaina’s ex-boyfriend, used to “bash” John Lloyd and Shaina when they were still together.
“Noong una hindi ko alam kung paano sasabihin sa kanya (John) kasi dati bina-bash kaya namin si Lloydie tsaka si Shaina. Para maka-move on siya, sabi ko sa kanya, ‘Ano ka ba, kaya mo iyan. Isipin mo hindi sila bagay, maghihiwalay din sila.’ Ako pala yung magiging dahilan,” Angelica said.
John said in the same interview that he felt awkward at first when John Lloyd and Angelica became a couple because all of them are closely connected to each other. Angelica and John are best friends, while John and John Lloyd are Shaina’s ex-boyfriends.
Angelica said, “Sabi ko nga, ‘In fairness si Shaina, ano kaya nararamdaman best friend ko, tapos dyowa niya dati, ako ang nagwagi.”

Netizens gave mixed reactions over Angelica’s revelation. Hours after the show was aired, Shaina posted a quote on Instagram, which many think refers to Angelica’s interview in “Gandang Gabi Vice.”
