Apple looking to bring back music Home Sharing for iOS 9
The Home Sharing feature for music that's currently unavailable on iOS 8.4 is expected to return to iOS 9.
Senior Vice President of Internet Software and Services Eddy Cue tweeted the announcement that he and his team are at work to revive the feature in response to a tweet that says "Hey @cue, I hope I don't have to be @taylorswift13 to get you to restore Home Sharing for music!"
The Home Sharing feature permits users to stream iTunes music, videos and movies from their computers to other iOS devices that are connected on the same WiFi network.
The upcoming iOS 9 is expected to arrive this fall.
