Ate Gay Hopes For ‘Wowowillie’ Return

MANILA, Philippines - Following the controversial on-air rant of "Wowowillie" main host Willie Revillame against his co-hosts Ethel Booba and Ate Gay, the latter still hopes for a place in the show.

"Umaasa ako ha, lalo pa't ginawan ko... namin... ng paraan, kami ni Ethel na pumunta doon kaya lang huwag muna dahil siyempre andun pa yung init ng ulo," the comedian said in a recent interview with "Ang Latest: Updated."

Recall that Ethel Booba announced her resignation on the TV5 noontime show on March 2 via Twitter. The two co-hosts were asked to not report for the show's March 1 episode, the day after Revillame lambasted them publicly.

Explaining his side on the matter, Ate Gay said that he still respects Revillame and that the recent "misunderstanding" is an ordinary family problem.

Without divulging what really transpired backstage, if he really shouted at Revillame as the latter claimed, Ate Gay explained, "Ako, nirerespeto ko ang lahat ng sinasabi niya.

Ate Gay said that it's but natural for him to feel hurt over Revillame's outburst.

Beyonce’s #Flawless image is embroiled in controversy once again. On Wednesday, a web site called The Beyonce World leaked 224 allegedly raw photos of the musician. The images showed Bey in full makeup for the 2013 L’Oreal ad campaign — but with the kinds of “imperfections” we all have — beauty marks, bumps, creases. In the wake of Cindy Crawford’s unretouched photos, the images have been praised by critics of a beauty industry that sets impossibly high standards, standards that Queen Bey …
