Moisturizer is an important part of Bettina's beauty routine.

Bettina Carlos is always on her toes! An actress, a mom, and a baker, how does she keep herself looking gorgeous?

“I’ve learned from before to wash your face, to cleanse, and to use a toner to take away dirt that soap wasn’t able to take away,” she says. Moisturizer is also important for the 25-year-old actress, especially when skin always gets exposed to makeup.

She admits that using an eye cream is not part of her regimen yet and fellow actress Marian Rivera has already given her advice to start including it in her beauty routine. “She told me to start using eye cream and that [if I don’t], the effects would take place 10 to 15 years from now,” she recalls what Marian told her.

As a new mommy, we wondered how she lost her pregnancy weight. “I do circuit training,” she reveals. Other than that, what helps her maintain her weight is baking. “That’s also my workout. I bake alone. I stay in the kitchen for mga 12 to 14 hours a day. And playing with my baby is cardio and free weights,” she says with a smile.

She also says that breastfeeding helps her loose the pregnancy pounts. “Up to this day, I still breastfeed and you can lose kase up to 1000 calories day.” She is now currently lighter than her pre-pregnancy weight.

She is more careful of what she eats now, though. “I noticed that meat and pork are harder to digest but I do eat a lot of sweets. Siguro kase I bake but baking rin kase is also my workout,” she says.
