Bulletproof Boys garner 'Best New Artist' award during 'Yin Yue Tai Awards'
Bulletproof Boys garnered 'Best New Artists' award during 'Yin Yue Tai VChart Awards' in China.
On April 15th, 'The 2nd Yin Yue Tai V-Chart Awards' was held at Wanshida Zhongxin(万事达中心) in Beijing, China. 'Yin Yue Tai V-Chart Awards,' hosted by Yin Yue Tai, recognizes artists who made significant achievements in Chian in one year.
Approximately 12,000 audiences attended this year's awards, and Bulletproof Boys got an honor of receiving 'Best New Artists' award.
After receiving the award, Bulletproof Boys' leader, Rap Monster, said, "Getting a 'New Artist Awards' is a once in a life time honor, and we feel very thankful for this honor."
Jin and J-Hope said in Chinese, "Thank you for giving us this huge honor, and please keep showing us unchanging supports." Afterwards, they performed 'Boy In Luv,' and deeply impressed all of their Chinese fans.
A representative said, "We have monitored a great number of different Korean singers who debuted last year, and we not only considered their achievements in Korea, but also considered their popularity in China. Bulletproof Boys' popularity in China is huge, and we were very surprised by the progress that they made just in one year. We believe that they are going to become one of the most popular K-Pop stars in China."
From last year, Bulletproof Boys won six 'Best New Artists' awards in total, and became the hottest new rookies of 2013.
