(UPDATE) The feud between estranged couple Claudine Barretto and Raymart Santiago seems to be getting bigger, now that the actress has filed another case against her husband.
According to a “TV Partrol” report on Wednesday, September 4, Claudine filed perjury charges at the Pasig Hall of Justice against Raymart and three of his lawyers. This is on top of her petition for a Temporary Protection Order (TPO).
In a phone interview with Yahoo! Philippines OMG, Claudine's lawyer, Ginger Castillo said, "In filing his habeas corpus case, he did not indicate in his certificate against forum shopping that there is also another case pending between the parties (TPO case) which also involves the issue of custody."
Claudine's complaint affidavit stated that "respondents stubbornly failed and refused to disclose the existence of the VAWC (Violence Against Women and Children) case."
Raymart’s camp, on the other hand, said that they did not receive a copy of the TPO.
“At the time that he took his oath before the notary public, we have not received anything,” Raymart’s lawyer, Ruth Castelo also told "TV Patrol".
