Dave Grohl and Paul McCartney perform duo of ‘I saw her standing there’ in London

English musician Paul McCartney performs

In his first of two shows in London at the O2 Arena, former Beatles member Paul McCartney was joined by Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl who added pizzaz to ‘Please please me' and ‘I saw her standing there' with his vocals and guitar work.

McCartney also performed his new song ‘Temporary Secretary' from the album 'McCartney II' live for the first time ever, reports NME.

Recent collaborations of McCartney's include hip-hop star Kayne West and The Evening Standard reports that McCartney compared the experience to that of working with the late John Lennon of the Beatles.

"It's good to connect with different artists," McCartney told The Evening Standard. "The secret is I keep myself very open to suggestions - I still feel like I'm about 30.... I'm lucky that someone like Kanye would go, 'Yes I would like to work with Paul McCartney'. I was quite flattered."
