First look at 'Fifty Shades Darker' - official still released

Universal has released the first official still from the highly anticipated sequel to "Fifty Shades of Grey."

The second installment, "Fifty Shades Darker," will continue the tumultuous love story between mysterious billionaire Christian Grey and the main character, college graduate Anastasia Steele, and focuses on the deepening relationship between the two. The film is slated for release on February 10, 2017.

"Fifty Shades Freer" will complete the trilogy and is set for release in February 2018.

The film series has been adapted from the erotic novels by author E.L James.
