Got tickets for Muse? Watch out for low-flying drones

A new album from the rock band, Muse, is slated for release in November

The UK stadium rock band intend to blend their usual recipe of power chords and light shows with unmanned autonomous flying objects for their upcoming shows.

Revealing their plans on Los Angeles radio station Alt 98.7, lead vocalist and guitarist Matt Bellamy said: "Drones are obviously an interesting thing to try to bring into the live show so we're going to try and do that. There's going to be some difficulty with red tape of health and safety about flying things over, but the general thing idea is that as the tour starts that we'll be using flying objects."

The tour in question will be for the three-piece's seventh studio album, also called "Drones," due for release on June 8 and which the band describe as a concept album built around a central narrative spine involving one man's experiences after joining the army.
