Gwyneth Paltrow admits her strict exercise routine can reduce her to tears.
The Hollywood actress is famed for her ultra lean body which is the result of healthy eating and a stringent workout regime.
Gwyneth says her toned body requires a lot of work, but some days she'd rather not exercise at all.
"There was a day the other week where I just started crying and I quit. I was like: 'I just can’t do it, I hate it,'" she revealed in an interview with marieclaire.co.uk.
"A lot of days I don’t want to do it but I literally force myself, it’s sheer will. I just force myself to make it a part of my day and I try not to even listen to the doubts."
The star was discussing her latest movie in the interview - the third instalment of the popular Marvel superhero franchise, Iron Man 3.
Gwyneth plays Pepper Potts in the action film, but claims she didn't have to put in any extra work to hone her enviable big screen body.
"I have the same routine my five-day-a-week Tracey Anderson," she explained. ‘I’ve made it such a habit, it’s like brushing my teeth."
Gwyneth also has a creative partnership with celebrity trainer Tracy. The pair are set to open a clothing store together this summer next to Tracy's Brentwood studio, and the exercise pro recently discussed her working relationship with the Hollywood beauty.
“She signs off on everything. We’re equal partners," Tracy revealed.
“It will be lifestyle oriented. It will be whatever we love. It’s for the working mom who has an exercise lifestyle. I’m not going to be selling Alexander McQueen dresses."© Cover Media
