Idol stars' fans expressed their sorrow for the victims of the late ferry sinking accident.
Recently, EXO, 2PM, BigBang, Girls' Generation, and INFINITE's official fan club members sent socks, soaps, wet tissues, underwear, tooth brushes, and blankets to the families of the late ferry accident victims.
Their donations started spreading among many people through SNS, and more and more idol star fans are participating.
Netizens left comments, such as "They are doing some great things," "We are all wishing for the passengers' safe return," and "That is good to see."
On April 16th, a passenger ferry, which was carrying 475 of people from port of Incheon to the southern island of Jeju, sank near Gwanmae island, which is located near Jindo, Southern Jeolla Province. So far, 179 out of 475 passengers were rescued, 25 passengers died, and 271 passengers are still missing.
