Child actor  Zaijian Jaranilla is elated that his “Lorenzo’s Time” co-stars call him “the next John Lloyd Cruz.”

At the thanksgiving party of the ABS-CBN primetime drama on Tuesday, Sept.

Dream gadgets

Zaijian also shared that co-star Carmina Villarroel and Gina Pareno gave him his “dream” gadgets as  birthday gifts.

Carmina explained that she opted to give Zaijian a new Ipad because he is fond of playing with others’ Ipad.

Zaijian has mixed emotions, now  that “Lorenzo’s Time” is ending in three weeks. He is proud to have worked with the Amy Austria, Joel Torre, James Blanco, Alfred Vargas and Rommel Padilla in the drama series.

Masaya po kami sa set,” he said.

He added that the cast members of “Lorenzo’s Time” are like family to him. They even bond off-cam by going to cinemas and KTVs.

“Para na po kaming isang pamilya. Kapag halimbawa pong nasa set kami, lagi kaming masaya, nagkukulitan. Kaya talagang mami-miss ko po sila.”
