Judy Ann Santos knows many of their fans want to see her and Piolo Pascual reunite on the big screen.  But while she says this can happen, Judy Ann doubts if the reunion will take place anytime soon.

Anything can happen, but not this year, maybe not in two years. Maybe it will happen, I’m not saying it will not,” Judy Ann said at the press conference of cooking reality show “MasterChef Pinoy Edition” on Thursday, November 8.

Piolo, on the other hand, wants to work with Judy Ann again after their last team-up nine years ago in “Till There Was You.”

Don’t push it

It will be recalled that Judy Ann and Piolo had a falling apart when he commented on her relationship with the actress’ then boyfriend (and now husband) Ryan Agoncillo.

As for her friend Sharon Cuneta’s  rants against Piolo and his fans on Twitter, Judy Ann says she’d rather keep her opinions to herself.

She won’t be making a teleserye comeback anytime soon since Judy Ann is focusing on “MasterChef Pinoy Edition” before working on “Against All Odds.”

She denies feeling upset over the postponement of the said teleserye since Judy Ann prefers to work on one project at a time.

The “MasterChef” host assured fans her teleserye with Sam Milby, Jericho Rosales and KC Concepcion is a go and will air next year.

“Walang nabago, walang nabawas.

Different take

Meanwhile, Judy Ann wants to excel as “MasterChef” host since she’s a newbie in the field.

Then we resume next year.”

She sees herself as a more frank, straightforward “MasterChef” host since the contestants are no longer children. They’re adults who can take criticisms better.

Pero ito kasi is a different take on “MasterChef,” sa “Junior MasterChef kasi, dapat nice ka. Mas makikita ng mga tao ang ibang side ko when it comes to giving comments. Overall impact ng host, ibang-iba ito.”

“MasterChef Pinoy Edition,” which premieres Nov. 12 in ABS-CBN, airs before “Be Careful with My Heart.” It also features judge-mentors Chef Fernando “Ferns” Aracama, Rolando “Lau” Laudico, and JP “Jayps” Anglo.
