KARA not participating in this year's 'Dream Concert'

KARA decided to not participate in this year's 'Dream Concert.'

On April 15th, a representative of KARA(Han Seung Yeon, Gu Ha-ra, Park Gyu Ri)'s management agency told that KARA decided to not participate in this year's 'Dream Concert.'"

'2014 Dream Concert' will take place on June 7th at Seoul World Cup Stadium, and KARA, who were named as one of the participating musicians, decided to not participate.

A representative of their management agency said, "KARA never planned to participate in this year's 'Dream Concert,' but the production team of 'Dream Concert' suggested KARA for an appearance. However, we still decided to not participate in the concert after a discussion."

On January 14th, Nicole, whose management contract has expired, decided to withdraw from the team, and in early April, Gang Ji Young also withdrew from the team and left to London, England.

Han Seung Yeon, Gu Ha-ra, and Park Gyu Ri are continuing their careers individually, and they are planning to release a new album during the later part of the year. They are also considering bringing new members in.

Han Seung Yeon is currently appearing on SBS MTV 'The Show : All About K-Pop' with Park Gyu Ri, and she is also casting in channel MBC's weekend drama. Gu Ha-ra is also continuing her career alone.

Meanwhile, '2014 Dream Concert' will be sponsored by Hyundai Oil Bank, and Girls' Generation, EXO, BEAST, 4Minute, VIXX, B1A4, A-Pink, Girl's Day, U-KISS, Block B, Crayon Pop, Boys Republic, RAINBOW, Dal Shabet, 4CUZ, TINY-G, and TOP DOGG are going to participate in the event.
