KARA's new Japanese single, 'Summergic,' debuted #1 on Oricon Daily Single Chart.

On May 6th, a representative of Oricon Chart announced that KARA's 12th Japanese single, 'Summergic,' which was officially released on May 5th, debuted #1 on Oricon Daily Single Chart. This is the first #1 Oricon Chart debut that KARA has achieved after Huh Young Ji joined the group.

On the chart, KARA dominated over popular local idol groups like Hey!Say!JUMP!, Momoyiro Clover Z, and Perfume.

KARA's 12th Japanese single, 'Summergic/Sunshine Miracle/SUNNY DAYS' is the first triple title album that KARA released in Japan after their debut.

In June, they are going to release their 5th regular Japanese album, 'GIRL'S STORY,' and local fans' anticipation is now reaching the peak.

Meanwhile, KARA is in the middle of their new album promotion in Japan at the moment, and they are going to hold a handshake event and an autograph event in Tokyo and Osaka.
