Kaye Abad invited to ex-boyfriend Chito Miranda's wedding

Kaye Abad wishes ex-boyfriend Chito Miranda and his fiancé Neri Naig all the best, now that they’re reportedly getting married next year.

“Masaya ako for them na finally (ikakasal na sila). Iyon ang lagi kong sinasabi na masaya ako na they deserve a happy ending talaga, na sa lahat ng pinagdaanan nila. Finally ito na, happy ending sila. So masayang-masaya talaga ako for them,” Kaye said at the press conference of her newest teleserye “Two Wives” at the ABS-CBN compound on Tuesday, October 7.

Although it’s been years since Kaye and Chito broke up, many people still ask the Kapamilya actress about the Parokya ni Edgar vocalist, who figured in a video scandal with Neri last year.

Kaye, who is in a relationship with Paul Jake Castillo, doesn’t mind because she has maintained a good relationship with her ex-boyfriends.

“Invited ako sa kasal niya at okay kami. Sobrang good friends kami. Lahat ng ex ko, lahat sila friends ko. Ayaw ko ng may kaaway, kasi ako kapag nagka-relasyon lahat sila ay matagal. May seven years, may three years, so nagiging close ako sa family. As much as possible ayaw ko ng samaan ng loob kasi nagiging

kaibigan mo yung family nila.”

Kaye feels blessed at how her career and love life are going.

Lead role

After playing support in TV dramas, she feels grateful to be one of the lead stars in the upcoming primetime drama "Two Wives," a remake of a Korean drama.

"Nagpapasalamat po ako kasi finally nagkaroon ako ng malaking break katulad nito. Adjustments, siguro todo effort at mas ibibigay ko pa ang best ko na sana maportray ko pa ng mas maayos yung character ni Yvonne."
