Kim Chiu reacts to award-buying accusations
Because she has many things to be thankful for, Kim Chiu is ignoring bashers who accuse her of buying her Best Drama Actress trophy from the 2014 Star Awards for Television.
A day after she won the award, Kim tweeted:

This was her reaction to a netizen's accusation hours before the awards night last Sunday, November 23, that she won in the award-giving body’s “bidding.”

The Kapamilya actress won the award for playing Isabelle, Andrea and Jacq in the teleserye “Ikaw Lamang” and beating Angel Locsin (The Legal Wife), Maja Salvador (The Legal Wife) Bea Alonzo (Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon) and Lovi Poe and Maricel Soriano (both for Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real).
Angel sent Kim a bouquet of flowers to congratulate her.
Kim turned emotional when she accepted her award and further expressed her gratitude to her supporters.
“I had so much fun doing these roles sobrang challenging from heavy drama switch to comedy tapos drama ulit, it has been a rollercoaster ride but im very happy to reach the finish line with this reward i can call mine,” she posted in her Instagram account.
