Kurt Russell features in 'Furious 7' clip
Experienced actor Kurt Russell appears in 'Furious 7' as a government agent and used a talk show appearance to introduce a new clip.
In his guise as a government agent, Russell recruits series mainstay Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) to hunt down a piece of high-powered tech.
"If you get the Godseye for me, I've already got authorization for you to use it until you get Shaw," Petty says in reference to antagonist Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) who is looking for revenge on Toretto and his buddies.
Presented during a spot on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," Russell expanded on his time working with Vin Diesel.
"Very rarely do I work with actors that surprise me in this way," Russell said. "I just thought Vin was Toretto -- he totally sold me. He's the nicest guy, the sweetest guy: smart, loves acting."
"He plays [Toretto] so realistically, so authentically, but he could do something completely different."
