Another Filipino is set to appear on the musical-comedy “Glee.”

According to a report published on TVLine.com, “American Idol” season 11 runner-up Jessica Sanchez has “closed a deal” to guest star in the hit show.

The report added, however, that there are no details regarding what Jessica’s role would be or when she would appear.

As early as June of this year, less than a month after her stint on “American Idol,” it was already reported that Jessica is in talks to appear on the show.

“Jessica Sanchez on Glee” was among the trending topics on Twitter Philippines on Tuesday, October 16.

The Filipina-Mexican singer was mum about reports that she’ll appear on “Glee” when she was interviewed by the press in Manila during the “American Idol” concert tour last month.

“My album is supposed to come out by the end of the year, I’m excited for that,” she told Yahoo! Philippines OMG! and other members of the media.

“X Factor Philippines” judge and singing sensation Charice also appeared on “Glee” during its second season.
