SNSD Sooyoung′s Sister Makes Surprise Appearance in ′The Third Hospital′
Girls′ Generation (SNSD) Sooyoung′s sister, Choi Soo Jin, made a surprise appearance to help Sooyoung with her drama debut.
In the September 12 broadcast of tvN′s The Third Hospital, Sooyoung, who plays the Seung Hyun-loving violist Lee Eui Jin, made her first appearance.
Before Lee Eui Jin returned to Korea from her studies abroad and met Kim Seung Hyun (Oh Ji Ho), Choi Soo Jin appeared in a flashback to Seung Hyun′s past.
She was set as Seung Hyun′s ex-girlfriend, and was shown lying on a bed in the emergency room covered in blood, followed by a scene which showed a picture of her at her funeral. She had taken her own life after being told she only had a short time to live, and Kim Seung Hyun cried his heart out at her decision, even almost giving up his credentials as a doctor.
At the press conference for the drama Oh Ji Ho had talked about Choi Soo Jin′s appearance and hinted, "Sooyoung and [Choi] Soo Jin will be appearing in some scenes together."
Netizens who saw the broadcast left comments such as, ′I didn′t know Choi Soo Jin would appear′ and ′I′m looking forward to the scene where the two will appear together.′
