′The Last Stand′ to Premiere in January

Director Kim Jee Woon’s first Hollywood movie is coming to theaters around the world in January.

The Last Stand will premiere in Korean theaters in January and is already attracting attention for starring Arnold Schwarzenegger as the movie’s lead.

Directed by the director behind such hit Korean movies as I Saw the Devil and The Good, the Bad, the Weird, Kim Jee Woon’s The Last Stand stars Arnold Schwarzenegger as a small town sheriff who leads a crew in attempting to capture the leader of a drug cartel who has broken free from the courthouse and is attempting to cross over the Mexican border.

The unveiled movie poster shows Arnold Schwarzenegger back in his action star roots as he looks to the side in his dirtied sheriff uniform and brandishing a gun in one hand.

The words, ‘He’s Back!’ is seen at the top of the poster, giving a nod to the actor’s line and role in the Terminator series.

The movie also stars Jaimie Alexander, Rodrigo Santoro, Forest Whitaker and more.

The Last Stand will premiere in the Americas on January 18.
