Three of Britain's Queen ships reunite for anniversary celebrations

Three of Britain's most famous ships, the Queen Mary 2, the Queen Victoria and the Queen Elizabeth, will gather in Liverpool next week to mark the 175th anniversary of the cruise liner company Cunard.

On May 25 the three Queens will sail in formation on the River Mersey, performing a meticulously planned series of maneuvers to honor the city of Liverpool, where the company began in 1840. The ships will perform a 'river dance' against the backdrop of the city's Three Graces, a world heritage site which includes the Cunard Building, the company's headquarters from 1916-1967.

The event will be broadcast live on http://live.cunard.com/ from 12:30-14:00 pm (GMT).
