Two Pilates moves that gave Miley Cyrus her amazing abs

American 18-year-old starlet Miley Cyrus is flaunting a super-toned body these days, and according to fitness blogger FitSugar, she has Hollywood Pilates guru Mari Winsor to thank.

"Her results are due to her commitment, hard work, and everyday workouts," said Winsor in an interview with FitSugar on Wednesday. "I believe what attracts all stars to Pilates is that it's safe, effective, and the results are very fast when done correctly."

"In Pilates, every exercise that you do is focused on your abs, or as we call it in Pilates, your powerhouse," she added. "The 100, the double leg stretch, and the criss-cross are all crucial to sculpting your abs."

How to do the 100:
Lie flat on your back and bring your knees into your chest. Press your lower back into the floor. With palms facing down, lift your head and shoulders up off the mat. Take your arms straight down by your side, palms facing down. Straighten your legs to a 45-degree angle, rotating your legs outward from the hip and squeezing your legs and heels together. Breathe in through your nose for a count of five, then out through your nose for a count of five, until you reach 100. As you're breathing, pump your arms up and down, keeping them next to your body and parallel to the floor. Watch: www.youtube.com/watch?v=BBArDPf0zqk

How to do the criss-cross:
Lie flat on your back. Place your hands behind your head, elbows open, shoulders down. Lift your head and shoulders up off the mat as your right knee comes into your chest and your left leg is extended out at a 45-degree angle. Twist in your waist, taking your left elbow toward your right knee. As you twist to one side, hold the position for three counts, then switch to the other side for three counts. Do ten reps. Beyonce’s #Flawless image is embroiled in controversy once again. On Wednesday, a web site called The Beyonce World leaked 224 allegedly raw photos of the musician. In the wake of Cindy Crawford’s unretouched photos, the images have been praised by critics of a beauty industry that sets impossibly high standards, standards that Queen Bey …
