Venus Raj breaks up with Andrei Felix
Beauty queen-TV host Venus Raj has ended her one-year relationship with Andrei Felix.
"Yes it's true," she tweeted ABS-CBN reporter Dominic Alemelor on Friday, May 9. In the same message, she denied that she announced the break-up on KrisTV.
On Thursday, May 8, Venus posted a message that hinted of the break-up.
My chains are gone I've been set free My God, my Savior has ransomed me And like a flood His mercy rains Unending love, Amazing grace
But she denied that she is doing a Janine Tugonon (the Miss Universe first runner-up broke up with her non-showbiz boyfriend following an argument over The Script lead vocalist Danny O’Donoghue).
“I'm not taking cue from Janine naman. D Lang tlaga alam ng Tao pero last week of April pa to nangyari,” Venus said.
Venus and Andrei were co-hosts of the ABS-CBN morning show “Umaging Kay Ganda.” But the show’ s management replaced them for reportedly being “too sweet” on cam.
