Wonder Girls Spills Details on Upcoming English Album

According to the Wonder Girls, the group’s much-anticipated debut U.S. album is definitely in the works and has enlisted some big help for the record.

Billboard’s Jeff Benjamin posted a feature article on the Wonder Girls on Billboard on September 12 (local time) which had the Wonder Girls confirming an English album was coming out soon.




The Wonder Girls dished on some more details about the upcoming album saying it will have a wide range of genres from electro to party-dance tracks and from retro to emotional ballad song. Also confirmed for the album is an English version of the group’s hit track, Be My Baby.

The upcoming album will also have producers such as J.R. Rotem, who has worked with Rihanna and Nicki Minaj and songwriters such as Chrystal Nicole, Wynter Gordon, Claude Kelly, Nick Jonas and more. Member Yenny also wrote an original song in English for the album.

Featured artists for the album are Akon and School Gyrls while the members shared in future albums they would love to work with Beyonce, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, One Direction and Usher.

The Wonder Girls members also talk about their style and flavor and also shares on friends, and rivals, 2NE1 and SNSD’s advancement into the American music market too.
