'WWE 2K' smacks down on mobile

The first simulation-based WWE wrestling game for smartphones and tablets is now available for Apple devices

Priced at $7.99 the game offers players access to a roster of WWE Superstars and Legends including Hulk Hogan and John Cena, a number of different match types plus a number of modes found on the console version of the game, such as multiplayer and career modes.

"As the first simulation-based WWE video game for mobile devices, 'WWE 2K' provides an opportunity to experience virtual WWE action anywhere and at any time," said Greg Thomas, President at Visual Concepts.

As well as for iPhone and iPads, "WWE 2K" will also be available to download from Amazon's App Store for Android devices.
