The coming Awards Night of the 38th Metro Manila Film Festival is definitely a special spectacle in the name of beauty. Sure we all have our expectancies of the winners but we’re also looking forward to what’s happening on the red carpet. But before that night takes place, Metro Magazine’s beauty editor and certified makeup artist (she earned her rigorous training from The Make-up Institute in San Franciso and from various international cosmetics power houses) Charmagne Garcia-Laconico gives us her two-cents worth on beauty and particularly on what kind of look a few celebrities should be pulling off on the red carpet.
