One of the top-rating Mexican telenovelas that Pinoys loved to watch in the 90's is coming back with a vengeance.
Thalia's "Marimar", "Rosalinda" and "Maria La del Barrio" already had local adaptations. OMG! Awards nominee Marian Rivera played the role of Marimar, Carla Abellana was given the part of Rosalinda and Erich Gonzales starred in Maria La del Barrio.
But according to reports, Maria Mercedes is already in the works.
