LJ Moreno welcomes baby girl with husband Jimmy Alapag
Actress LJ Moreno is “doing great” after she delivered her and husband, cager Jimmy Alapag’s firstborn on Saturday, December 6.
The couple of four years named their daughter Keona Skye.
"One of the most exhilarating moments of my life. Welcome to the world Keona Skye Alapag! Mommy, Daddy, and your brother love u very much,” the Team Gilas captain posted on Instagram. "Lj and Keona are both doing great. Thank u guys for sending all your love and prayers.”
Keeping the faith
A few days before her due date, LJ expressed her gratitude as she looked forward to Christmas with Jimmy, their daughter and adopted son.
"Last Christmas it was just @jalapag3 and I decorating our tree. We were praying for a child and God decided to bless us with not one but 2! So thankful that this year our Son can put the star on top of the tree with dada and by Christmas time our baby girl will be with us too! If you're praying for something and it's taking longer than you'd like just keep the faith, remember God has something wonderful planned out for you!"
It will be recalled that the couple were in the final stages of adopting a boy when they learned about LJ’s pregnancy.
The baby is considered an answered prayer for the couple. LJ told "Kris TV" last April that she got depressed in 2013 because they remained childless 4 years after getting married.
