Miss Earth 2014: Miss Mauritius Anne Sophie Lalanne
What is your environmental advocacy and why did you choose this?
The preservation and restoration of the sandy beaches and marine life of Mauritius. Our beaches are the reason why tourists visit our island. Its landscape requires care and management for the sake of Mauritian generations to come.
What tip can you share to promote this year's theme, Eco Tourism?
We only have one earth, one chance, and if we fail to preserve it, all of our future generations will lose home (sic).
